Apart from this, we also take pride in owning an in-house designing facility that helps us to execute pattern development, testing and grading procedures.

Wool:

We procure our own wool, whether imported (Newzealand) or Indian. We are more cost and quality effective.

2.(a). Design & development:
Our experienced design team provide a latest design's of carpet according to client's requirements.
2.(b).Spinning:
Wool spinning is done by hand charkha. The experienced spinners are capable of producing course as well as finer yarns for higher knots carpet.
3. Dyeing:
Dyeing complete the process of preparation of material.
4. Weaving:
Carpet weaving is performed by hand using graphs & sketches. The carpet weaving is a creative task which is performed by three or four labours according to the size of carpet. Carpet weaving is done with the help of yarn balls, scissors, iron-rod, levers, comb beater, etc.
5. Stretching:
The carpet has to be stretched to bring into the original loom- stage size by stretching. Stretching provides the good appearance of carpet if it is under sized of twisted anywhere.
6. Finishing:
The final appearance of a carpet comes after clipping and chemical finishing. the art of clipping reflects on the emboss like finish in the final carpet. Finishing is a meticulous process which requires skillful craftsmanship and is done piece by piece in handknotted carpets.
7. Packing:
Cleaning, Labeling and Packing : Finally the carpet is packed with the environment friendly packing material. After that the carpet is ready for export.
